DirectionsThe Luddington Library5 South Bryn Mawr Avenue Haverford CollegeFrom 1-476 (Blue Route) Take Exit 13, Route 30, St. David’s/Villanova. Turn east (right) onto Lancaster Avenue (US 30). Proceed east on Lancaster Avenue for about 3.5 miles through Villanova, Rosemont and Bryn Mawr to Haverford. After you pass the Haverford Post Office on your left, turn right at the main entrance of the Haverford campus (just past the "Haverford College" sign) onto College Lane. Follow signs to the visitor parking lot. Henry Foundation for Botanical ResearchFrom I-476 (Blue Route), take Exit 16A (old Exit 6A), Philadelphia/Valley Forge, and follow the signs for Conshohocken. Take Route 23 East, which becomes Conshohocken State Road. Continue straight on Conshohocken State Road. After the light at Spring Mill Road (where you must stay to the left to go straight), the next intersection is Lafayette Avenue. Henry Lane (marked with a small sign) is the third left after Lafayette. (If you go to the light at Waverly Road, you've gone too far.) Follow Henry Lane (almost a dirt road) and turn left onto Stony Lane. The Foundation is at the end of the road on the right. Freedoms Foundation1601 Valley Forge Road (Rt 23), Valley Forge, PA From Pennsylvania Turnpike, take Exit 24 (King of Prussia-Valley Forge). After the toll booth, take the first immediate right (Exit 327) Valley Forge National Park. You will be on N Gulph Rd which becomes Rt 23 West through Valley Forge National Historical Park. At the next traffic light (Rt 252), proceed straight through on Rt 23 West. Approximately one mile on your right at the top of the hill (where a large American flag is located) is the entrance to the Freedoms Foundation. From I-95 and I-76, from I-95, take Rt 676 West
(Vine St), located near the Benjamin Franklin Bridge or Center City
Philadelphia. Stay on Rt 676, which becomes Rt 76 West, for approximately
18 miles to the West Chester exit (Rt 202 South). Proceed on Rt 202 South
to the Devon Exit. At the light (Rt 252), make a right. Proceed on Rt 252
through Valley Forge Park to Rt 23. At the light, make a left.
Approximately one mile on your right at the top of the hill (where a large

From Route 476: Exit 5 (US 1; Springfield/Lima). US 1 South to left on Rte
452 (Pennell Rd) to 5 Points Intersection (Concord Rd, Rte 452, &
Knowlton Rd). Right on Concord Rd, half mile to college entrance on right
(McIntyre Dr), at stop sign turn left to parking.
From I-95: South to exit 2, right on Rte 452 North (Pennell Rd) to 5
Points intersection (Concord Rd, Rte 452, & Knowlton Rd). Left on Concord
Rd, half mile to college entrance on right (McIntyre Dr), at stop sign
turn left to parking.
(West Chester) Route 202 South: to Rte 1 North, to Rte 452 South Pennell
Rd). Right on Concord Rd, half mile to college entrance on right (McIntyre
Dr), at stop sign turn left to parking. St Mary's Episcopal ChurchFrom I-476 (Blue Route), take Exit 13. Take Route 30 West to Wayne, (about 2 miles). The church is on the corner of Louella Avenue and Route 30. Turn left onto Louella Avenue for parking. Swarthmore College (Scott Arboretum)From I-476 (Blue Route), take Exit 3 (old Exit 2). Follow signs to Swarthmore on Baltimore Pike. In less than a mile, turn right on Route 320 South. Then follow Route 320 as it turns right at the first light. Turn right at the next light onto College Avenue. Follow Scott Arboretum Event signs to parking. Follow signs to Lang Auditorium. Tyler Arboretum
