Walking Workshop – Every Home Garden Needs Distinctive Ornamental Grasses

Workshop to be conducted at Goodly Gardens in Worcester, PA.

Seize the opportunity to make your home garden unique!  Observe and discover a wide variety of cool and warm season ornamental grasses in a home garden.  A casual, up close walking tour of Thom Mrazik’s naturalistic Goodly Gardens, a PHS Blue Ribbon Award-winning home garden, as well as a Penn State Extension-certified pollinator- and watershed-friendly garden.

Consider the distinctly different and unique features of cool and warm season ornamental grasses. A foundation of naturalistic-style design. Dandy en masse. Full of animation and emotion. Providing season-long beauty as they mature over time. Truly a pleasure to behold.

And, of course, all your questions, including “What’s that?” will be answered!  You will, no doubt, take away with you a greater knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, using ornamental grasses in your garden, even claiming that last sunny spot in your garden for stellar ornamental grasses.

To inform your experience of this event, be sure to watch Thom’s Tuesday at Ten presentation March 22, 10:00-10:45 AM, Discover Warm Season Ornamental Grasses.”
