Lilies at Brandywine Cottage – A Tour with David Culp

July usually brings sunny days and vivid colors in the garden. The bright colors are just what’s needed to stand up to the glaring sun overhead. Mother Nature seems to be working with a lot of yellows and other bright colors in meadows and roadsides at this time of year. David finds it very easy to take up the summer yellow cue. Lilies, rudbeckias, daylilies all come in yellow, and they’re all putting on a show this month. The lilies in the north border add to a towering scale, with Phlox paniculata also making its presence felt. Crinum americanum adds to the display.

Attendees:

Open to HPS/MAG Members only.

HPS/MAG membership covers two people in a household. To register the second person in your household, use the "Register Guest" option. Only guests who are on the same membership as the registrant are permitted to attend.

Maximum number of attendees is 35. There will be a waitlist.

$20 per person

Opens on May 20, after 8 p.m. Closes on June 29.
