Native Plants Special Interest Group Event: A Visit to Shenks Wildflower Preserve 

Please join us on Friday, May 10^th at 10:30 AM as we hike through Shenks Ferry Wildflower Preserve located in Conestoga, PA. Shenks Ferry is a jewel box of wildflowers overlooking the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County. It is famous for its spring display, so we plan to visit on a weekday to dodge the crowds.

Please wear sneakers or hiking shoes, clothing appropriate for walking through the woods, and bring rain gear, snacks, lunch, and water.

There are restrooms at the site and parking is limited. We are strongly encouraging carpooling to the event.

This is a Members Only event. It is free but registration is required.
