A (Re)Visit to Jerry’s Glenside Garden

We have been invited back to visit Jerry's garden in Glenside. After taking classes at the Barnes, Temple Ambler, and many other places in the area he has created quite a show garden. He has been interested in gardening most of his life and his passion keeps growing. We last visited in July 2018, but a lot has happened since then. The roads surrounding his garden underwent over three years of rerouting/renovation that gave Jerry an extra 2400 square feet to play with. 

The display gardens showcase several specimen trees, a wonderful haven of paths, tunnels, and scenic spots with sun and shade gardens covering the hillside. Jerry enjoys gardening and sharing his oasis with friends, family, and neighbors. Jerry will be on hand to answer your questions.

This event is open to members and nonmembers, but registration is required. The cost is $5 for members; $15 for nonmembers. Maximum number of guests is 50.

Bring an umbrella if there’s light rain. In the event of heavy rain, the pop-up will be held on Monday, July 24^th.

HPS/MAG COVID-19 PRACTICES AND POLICIES: All HPS/MAG In-Person Events shall be subject to all COVID-related requirements imposed by any state, local and/or federal agency. Guests and invitees should apprise themselves of any such requirements prior to attendance. All HPS/MAG In-Person Events shall also be subject to the COVID-related requirements, if any, of the garden host. All attendees must bring a mask for every In-Person Event, in case it is required.
