Visit Steve & Melody’s Outstanding Camellia Collection

Steve and Melody, longtime HPS/MAG members and serious plant collectors, are opening their garden to us when their substantial collection of camellias are in bloom. In addition to the 100+ camellias, their 4.5-acre property has dozens of daffodils and other spring bulbs, unusual conifers and broadleaf evergreens, cold tolerant hardy palms, and much, much more. Walk around the garden, socialize, and learn from Steve and Melody’s vast knowledge of plants.

This event is free. It is open to members and nonmembers, but registration is required. No limit on the number of attendees.

Note:The terrain is varied and includes a stream and seasonally flooded ground. Sturdy footwear is recommended. This is a rain or shine event; in the event of light rain, bring an umbrella.
